The Long Point / Marsh Point Roads area is located at the south end of the plantation on the west side of A1A. It is home to the Long Point Golf Course and Restaurant managed by the Amelia Island Club. AIPCA manages the paved roads and road shoulders that include the road canopy trees.

AIPCA’s primary attractions here are the one mile path north-south between A1A’s forest buffer and the golf course, as well as the Piney Point Park, natural forest area jutting into the marsh. A half-mile path skirts the marsh land and then to the end of the point where superb sunset views may be seen.
