One of the primary reasons we choose to live in the Amelia Island Plantation is its two miles of wide, clean and uncrowded beach. Our weather is temperate enough to enjoy a walk on the beach twelve months a year. The water is warm enough for a swim at least nine months a year (at least for the grandkids :-). AIPCA manages 53 acres of dune land that support 29 beach access easements for our owners.
