Shown below are Nassau County property ownership maps for AIPCA, the OMNI and the Amelia Island Club. Together they own about 45% of the land with the remainder owned by private home and condo owners. Both the OMNI and the Club own major golf course areas, as well as commercial shops and restaurants.

AIPCA maintains all 15+ miles of roads and road shoulders, except those within private subdivisions. In addition AIPCA owns and manages over 200 acres of natural common area that includes forests, lakes and dunes.
