In 2025 AIPCA conducted a survey of all 2000+ owners with more than 60% of all properties responding. A remarkable 75% of owners reported that they enjoy walking or riding bikes along our six miles of paths at least once a week when they are here.

Each of the five areas has interesting walking paths under the maritime forest, along the marsh, or out across the dunes. In addition, you can walk along two miles of beach.
