The Sea Marsh Road area is to the west of Highway A1a at the north end of th plantation. The primary entrance is through Don Neal that connects to the Don Neal / David Gregory circle on A1A.

The three major attractions are Drummond Point Park on the marsh side featuring pickleball, basketball and soccer areas, as well as a long walkway into the marsh. Closer to the entrance is Willow Conservancy that has a half-mile paved path across streams winding through a forested area. Further south on Sea Marsh Road, where it intersects with itself is the Sea Marsh Pond.
