The Marsh Creek Road area is located west of A1A in the center of the plantation. The primary entrance is through the Ron Neal gate to the west of the main entry circle. The primary attractions include the Walkers Landing Park area with a boat launching ramp, docks and kayak storage. In addition there is a large facility on the point used for wedding receptions, large parties and social events. The park area also includes an ancient “Indian Burial Ground”.

Closer to the entrance is the Oaks social center which is th hub of social life for plantation residents. It has several large meeting rooms, a library and a kitchen / bar area. Each week a number of social events from clubs, committees, Yoga, health and fitness, and MahJongg and Bridge. Trivia Contests once a month, guests speakers round out the evening schedules.
